Returns Policy
API Tablet Press want to ensure our customers receive 100% Customer satisfaction.
Therefore we are happy to give our customers 100% refund or exchange
on all defective or damaged items or items that is significantly different from
the sample or description.
If you do decide that you would like to return your item you will be responsible
for the return shipping, all returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days.

Non- Refundable Deposit
For all our machinery we require a non-refundable deposit (NRD) to ensure the item will be reserved for you while it is in production.
The NRD amount is 35% for all machinery including tooling and 1Press orders. We will require
a 50% deposit to process the initial order however if this is cancelled for whatever reason than we will
return 15% to you. The NRD is to cover production and administration costs.
When we are dealing with custom tooling, the NRD is 100%.
We do give the opportunity for you to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it with no penalty . You will be refunded in full within 5 working days.

Postage and Packaging
Our machines are dependent on stock, if in stock we aim to deliver within 2-3 working
days and if they are to be custom ordered than we aim to deliver within 4-6 weeks.
